What does the intro measure?

Your entire physical benchmark. Vo2 Max, upper and lower body strength and body composition metrics (fat mass, muscle mass, bone density etc.).

Is this different to a doctor/medical assessment?

Yes. Doctor-led assessments focus on disease prevention and medical conditions. This assessment focuses on your longevity, your ability to perform physically in real world tests.

How is the written summary delivered?

We deliver the data in a personalised document on email after reviewing it in person.

How are the three sessions scheduled?

Book the initial phone call. From there we will book the next steps.

Who delivers the intro series?

Our Lockeroom Coaching team - we will allocate a specialist based on the initial call.

Where does the intro series take place?

Any Lockeroom location on Bridge, Bligh or Collins st.
